La Consommation d’Alcool durant la Grossesse

Objectif: Comprendre les attitudes, les pensées et les sentiments qui empêchent ou favorisent la consommation d'alcool avant et pendant la grossesse. Méthode: recherche descriptive qualitative avec vingt femmes enceintes, non diagnostiquées comme dépendantes de l'alcool. Procédure: application du questionnaire AUDIT avec une description des caractéristiques de la consommation avant et pendant la grossesse; et un guide d'entretien semi-structuré divisé qui couvre les thèmes suivants: la consommation d'alcool et ses circonstances; informations et connaissances sur les conséquences de la consommation d'alcool pendant la grossesse; dépistage et prévention. Résultats: Les boissons les plus consommées sont principalement le vin, la bière et le champagne. Le risque de conséquences néfastes pour le bébé est la première raison de la décision d'arrêter de boire pendant la grossesse, et l’on note surtout une hésitation par rapport aux conséquences de la consommation d'alcool pendant la grossesse.
